Dr. Ali Saberi is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, humanitarian clinician, author, and wellness expert whose career has spanned war zones, hospitals, classrooms, and community care. Born in Washington, D.C., and educated at the University of Pécs in Hungary, he began his medical journey with Doctors Without Borders, serving in Afghanistan following the September 11 attacks and later in Sierra Leone after the civil war. He also spent several weeks in the northern Andes mountains of Peru working with the Catholic Archdiocese. Working in some of the world’s most challenging environments shaped his lifelong belief that medicine is not only a science, but a profound act of service.
Today, Dr. Saberi is the sole owner of his growing concierge practice, with the goal of returning to humanitarian care in underdeveloped countries. He is recognized for his integrative approach to health, blending evidence-based medicine with nutrition, longevity science, hormonal optimization, and mind-body wellness strategies. Drawing on experiences ranging from humanitarian missions to caring for vulnerable and homebound patients, he advocates for a model of healthcare that treats the whole person. His mission is simple yet powerful: to help people build lives of greater vitality, resilience, purpose, and well-being.
